The product images have not been updated<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products that have images in the past 7 days and have not been replaced by the system will only be captured again by the system after an order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product ASIN display error<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASINs are all captured through listing reports. If there are any changes to the product ASIN, but the system still displays the previous value, please contact us for adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price modification not updated<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apply for price modification. After approval, first modify the price in the front-end, and then display the data returned by the report in the system. If the displayed price has not been updated, it may be because the report has not been updated, or the report was updated only after the system update was synchronized. Please wait for 1 to 2 days to check the price update again. If it has not been updated yet, please contact us for adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system cannot capture the brand name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two processing methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Select the SKU that needs to be updated in the system, click the [Update Brand] button, and manually update the brand name<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Contact us to add a brand name<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, you can first check if there is an interception icon in the upper right corner of the browser. If there is, please click on the interception icon to unblock it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Turn off advertising keywords<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can check if it is turned off due to low efficiency. Users can set their own inefficient conditions. Perhaps the conditions you set are too easy, and when they are met, the system will automatically turn off advertising keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertising system synchronization time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advertising system synchronizes backend advertising data three times a day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Morning: 7:00-9:00;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Noon: 12:00-14:00;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Afternoon: 15:00-17:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no corresponding SKU product record<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After uploading to the backend, no corresponding SKU records appeared on the page. The system retrieves report data through API every night, and if there is any returned content, it will be displayed. If not, it will not be displayed.
