FBA Partner Carrier Program Now Accepts 44,000-lb Inventory Shipments(Nov 26,2025)
US-based sellers who use the Partner Carrier program to book shipments can now send 4,000 lb more per Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory shipment to our fulfillment centers.
We’ve increased the maximum allowable full truckload shipment weight to 44,000 lb, allowing you to add up to 16 more pallet spaces per shipment on average. This change helps you reduce your shipping costs and the total number of shipments sent to Amazon.
View Updated Customer Service Insights in Feedback Manager(Nov 24,2025)
Customer Service Insights on your Feedback Manager page helps you better understand your customer service performance. You can also use it to compare your performance to other sellers.
To help you understand your customer insights more easily, we’ve made the following updates:
The preventable contact rate has been renamed to Buyer Contact Rate to make the insight clearer. This metric tracks contacts related to product quality, fulfillment, or shipping problems and is now calculated as a percentage instead of a fraction.
Your Average Contact Response Time now includes only the contacts you’ve responded to instead of all contacts received, helping you identify when you can make changes to your process if this number is too high.
New Requirement for Products with Lithium-Ion Batteries Shipped by Air(Nov 20,2025)
Effective January 1, 2026, requirements for products packaged with lithium-ion batteries will be updated to comply with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and to ensure air transportation safety.
Per our Business Service Agreement, you’re required to provide accurate and complete product information for each product you offer. If you sell products that ship with a lithium-ion battery, you must provide the requested battery compliance information by December 31, 2025 to ensure your products can continue to be fulfilled by air.
To list products packaged with lithium-ion batteries, you must complete the battery compliance questions asked when you list or re-list products for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Specifically, lithium-ion batteries with a Watt-hour rating exceeding 2.7 Wh packed with products must have a 30% or less state of charge. If we’re unable to confirm whether your product complies with the state of charge requirement, your product will only be fulfilled by ground transportation until further notice.
